Lectures and experiences that trigger transformation
We believe it is crucial that we each take leadership for the transformation we want to happen in the world and work actively for it.
Therefore, as a supplement to our work as advisors and consultants, we continuously take the initiative for a number of activities that we callTriggers for transformation.
It ranges from key-note lectures to presentations with built-in exercises and half- and full-day workshops to courses over several days and our continuing education course over 6 months: Change By Design Circle.
EDUCATION | CHANGE BY DESIGN CIRCLE
Change by Design Circle is an education we have developed for managers and specialists who want to become agents of transformative change in organizations in a sustainable way.
The training runs over 6 months, where du will work intensively on designing processes, training methods to mobilize and facilitate stakeholders and not least on strengthening yourself as a leader of change.

LECTURE/WORKSHOP | DESIGN THINKING
Based on IDEO and Stanford d.school, what design thinking is is reviewed, how it has developed from product development to management-organizational development and design of sustainable systems.
The lecture can be extended by the participants carrying out a design thinking process itself.

PROCESS | THE WEEK
The Week is about mass mobilizing towards more sustainability and is based on insights from the latest social science and how social movements arise and succeed.
​
The format consists of 3 sessions of 1.5 hours in one week and was developed by the man behind Reinventing Organizations, Frederic Laloux, and his team, with whom ViaDesign has collaborated over the past year. We facilitate groups from 8 to 50 through the course and promise that it will change your life.

LECTURE/WORKSHOP | CO-MANAGEMENT AND TEAL
Based on Frederic Laloux's book Reinventing Organizations and our own cases we explore the development of organizations over time and what characterizes the latest organizational form; evolutionary organizations - also called Teal - which are characterized by co-leading and self-managing teams, being at work as whole people and driven by a larger evolutionary purpose.
The theme can be linked with Integral Theory and Vertical Leadership Development

LECTURE/WORKSHOP | PSYCHOLOGICAL SECURITY
Based on Amy Edmundson's Psychological Safety, Martin Mourier's book The gateway to the new leadership and our own cases are reviewed, how to create psychological security in your organization and what is needed to create a framework, get people to engage and respond productively to what arises in meetings and during projects.
We go in-depth with 3 different ways that we as humans handle the conflicts that inevitably arise between our own integrity and the need to enter into a community/collaboration with others and how maintaining and developing relationships is essential for our well-being and efficiency.

LECTURE/WORKSHOP | PSYCHOLOGICAL SECURITY
Based on Being First, the Center for Breakthrough Change Leader's Roadmap, David Rooke and William Torbert's Seven Transformations of Leadership and our own cases, we explore three types of change; development, transition and transformation and typical pitfalls and critical actions when working with change and transformation.
We then take a closer look at 7 different (leadership) profiles that reflect different worldviews, preferences and levels of awareness within Vertical Leadership Development and their importance in leading change processes.

Based on Integral theory and Ken Wilber's AQAL model and our own cases, we explore the internal and external as well as individual and collective aspects of how an organization functions and how you can consciously work both mindset, behaviour, culture and systems in your organization at different levels of consciousness.

LECTURE/WORKSHOP | INITIATION RITUALS
We are very interested in transitions and rituals and design formats for initiatio rituals both in organizations and in a private context as an alternative to confirmation and other transitions in life.
We talk about our own experiences and the basic phases in rites of passage and give perspective in relation to the context in which the lecture is part of.

LECTURE | DANISH DESIGN DNA
As a member of the Design Council, Sune has been a central player in the development of Danish Design DNA, which are 10 characteristics of what makes Danish design so special. Danish Design DNA is used by official Danish representations at home and abroad.
Sune reviews the 10 characteristics and perspectives their relevance in relation to sustainability, well-being and cohesion.

WORKSHOP | WISDOM TRADITIONS
Wisdom traditions from indigenous peoples are one of the cornerstones of our work both privately and as professionals.
Over the years, we have held many ceremonies where you can come and get an introduction and feel the energy, and we also go out to workplaces and network. Can be booked from a few hours to a whole day.

EXPERIENCE | DEEP TIME WALK
The Deep Time Walk is a transformative journey through the Earth's 4.6 billion year history via a 4.6 km guided walking tour - developed by Dr. Stephan Harding, Deep Ecology Research Fellow at Schumacher College in England.
