A

Clarify the Need for Transformation

Hypothesize the Need for Change

Analyze the challenges (wake-up calls) faced by the organization and outline what you aim to achieve through transformation. This phase involves facilitating discussions to generate hypotheses about the need for change.

01

Test Hypotheses within the Organization

Conduct fieldwork, research, and analysis to test the validity of these hypotheses. This step helps in gathering real insights from within the organization.

01

Formulate the Case for Change

Based on the findings, create a compelling "Case for Change" that highlights both the urgency of the situation (wake-up calls) and the potential benefits of the transformation (the desired future). Strategic and visual communication is key in this phase.

01

Engage the Organization

Share the results of the fieldwork and the "Case for Change" with the organization. Create a psychologically safe environment for people to react and provide feedback. Encourage participation by inviting volunteers to become influencers or transformation agents during workshops.

01

To begin the transformation process, it's essential to clearly define why change is necessary. This involves understanding the current challenges (wake-up calls) and identifying the characteristics of the desired future state.

01

Design Thinking

We use Design Thinking to understand the underlying narratives and the profound needs of your employees, as well as the opportunities present in the context in which you operate.

We use it to foster creativity, reimagine challenges, and articulate an aspirational Desired Future.
Additionally, we use it to co-create innovative solutions that bring you to the Desired Future in a sustainable way.

Transformational Leadership

For us, Transformational Leadership is twofold. When we refer to Transformational Leadership, we mean two things: it is both a way to organise, facilitate, and lead the process of transformation, and a leadership mindset and behaviour essential for transformation to occur.

We apply the strategies and tools of Transformational Leadership to design and build the strategy, structure, and processes needed for your organisation to drive transformation forward. We also utilise the Transformational Leadership mindset when challenges arise, requiring course correction.

We train leaders and teams in the mindset of being transformational leaders—leaders focused on facilitating organisational collaboration that drives the vision forward. It’s a mindset and a way of being that we believe everyone in the organisation should understand and, to some extent, embrace for transformation to succeed.

Conscious Wisdom

We integrate Indigenous knowledge and methodologies to cultivate a deep sense of belonging and community, driving growth that respects local and global boundaries.

The holistic approach of Indigenous Wisdom ensures that transformation is not only about business success but also about creating a balanced, proud, and sustainable work environment, where both aspects are interdependent.

Inspiration from Indigenous Wisdom is also reflected in the way we hold space and facilitate meetings and workshops, as well as in our use of nature to help us sense what is needed and how to respond.

Build the Competence and Capacity to Transform

Empower Leadership and Key Influencers

Develop the courage and self-esteem of leaders and key transformation agents to act as role models for the change. This can be achieved through targeted competence development and coaching.

Involve the Organization in Planning

Engage the broader organization in identifying needs and defining actions through facilitated design workshops. This inclusion fosters ownership and alignment.

Develop a Transformation Strategy

Outline key areas of focus and set measurable goals. This strategy should be crafted through facilitated strategic workshops, ensuring it is both comprehensive and actionable.

Create a Governance Model

Establish a clear governance structure for the transformation process, including defined roles, responsibilities, and workflows. This model should be developed through facilitated leadership workshops to ensure clarity and accountability.

Creating the right conditions for a successful transformation is crucial. This involves building the necessary skills, confidence, and frameworks for transformation within the organization.
